Found in 1998, Shanghai Ultrahigh Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd is a high-tech enterprise specializing in R&D, production and sales of engineering plastic products and sinter-plate filter products, with the registered capital of RMB 27.7 million, which is located in No.399, Qianlu Rd, Baoshan District, Shanghai.
In September 30, 2016, the company successfully listed in National Equities Exchange and Quotations. Stock abbreviation: Ultrahigh Environmental Protection; Stock code: 839470.

Ultrahigh Environmental Protection has strong technical force and remarkable achievements in innovation, which independently developed and produced traditional industrial products, including macromolecule wear-resistant lining board, refractory inorganic gasket, plastic alloy cable bridge, steel wire mesh coated reinforced tube and anti-corrosion composite plastic steel grating, widely used in the field of metallurgy, chemical, mining, power plant, wharf, shipbuilding. Among them, macromolecule wear-resistant lining board and refractory inorganic gasket was listed in technical innovation fund for small and medium enterprises approved by Shanghai Committee of Science and Technology and Ministry of Science and Technology; Plastic alloy cable bridge was listed in Shanghai key new products plan approved by Shanghai Committee of Science and Technology; Moreover, UHMW, plastic alloy cable bridge and refractory inorganic gasket was regarded as Shanghai new and high technology transformation achievements by Shanghai high-tech achievement transformation project recognition office.
Those innovation achievements offer strong drive-force for the company’s development. So far, the company has 51 national patents.

Recently years, Ultrahigh Environmental Protection has developed a series of air, water pollution control products, including plastic filter plate for dust collector and plastic filter materials for sewage filtration in actively response to the policy that the state regards energy-saving and environment-friendly industries as strategic emerging industries. The company turns to an environmental technology enterprise specializing in R&D and production of energy-efficient and environmental product and complete equipment from traditional industrial production enterprises. In April, 2014, sinter-plate used for dust collector self-developed by the company was affirmed as achievements of science and technology by China high-tech industrial seminar.
In October, 2014, sinter-plate filter which drafted, wrote and proofread by the company, was published and started to implemented by Shanghai new material association, approved by Shanghai Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision. Standard number: T31/04002-C001-2014.

Sinter-plate Filter(Large filter area）

Sinter plate is the most important filtering element of sinter plate dust collector for gas-solid separation.
Sinter plate is made of special polymer based composite after compatibility matching and sintered in special high temperature furnace. After sinter molding, the matrix has irregular and fully connected micro-pores. Only the gas can pass the micro-pore, and the micro-particle dust is retained on its surface, thus achieving the dust removing and filtering effect. Moreover, the surface of the sinter plate is coated with reinforced PTFE resin membrane. This kind of resin membrane is featured by extremely self-cleaning function, and can effectively prevent dust cementation when it is working. Additionally, it can automatically discharge ash by adopting the gas back-flushing technique to ensure stable drag loss.
Most sinter plates have rectangular structure, and the filtering part has wavy plate structure to increase its effective area for dust removing and filtering.
