HIGH EFFICIENCY IN DUST FILTERING
This is a rigid and free standing medium, manufactured by sintering of a specific combination of granulated synthetic polymers. Its porous structure is fully coated with a thin layer of PTFE.

Sinter-plate filters allow entrance of high dust loads with emission value lower than 1mg/Nm3, ensuring compliance with the strictest pollution regulations and allowing in most cases the return of filtered air to the place of work (energy saving in air-conditioned areas).

Sintered plates are the most important filter elements in a sintered plate dust collector for gas-solid separation.
Sintered plates are made of special polymer matrix composites that have been sintered and made compatible with special high-temperature furnaces. After sintering, the matrix has irregular and fully connected micropores. Only the gas can pass through the micro-holes, and the particulate dust remains on the surface, thereby achieving the effect of dust removal and filtration. Moreover, the surface of the sintered plate is coated with a reinforced PTFE resin film. This resin film has a strong self-cleaning function and can effectively prevent dust from sticking during operation. In addition, the use of gas recoil technology can automatically ash, to ensure a stable resistance loss.
Most sintered plates have a rectangular structure, and the filter portion has a wave plate structure to increase its effective area for dust removal and filtration.

Sinter plate is made of special polymer based composite after compatibility matching and sintered in special high temperature furnace. After sinter molding, the matrix has irregular and fully connected micro-pores. Only the gas can pass the micro-pore, and the micro-particle dust is retained on its surface, thus achieving the dust removing and filtering effect. Moreover, the surface of the sinter plate is coated with reinforced PTFE resin membrane. This kind of resin membrane is featured by extremely self-cleaning function, and can effectively prevent dust cementation when it is working. Additionally, it can automatically discharge ash by adopting the gas back-flushing technique to ensure stable drag loss.
