The pole piece after coating needs further compaction to improve the battery’s energy density. In the process of pressing by roller press, the surface of the pole piece has a lot of fine powder, which seriously affects the quality of roller pressure. In order to effectively handle the dust on the pole, the top and bottom two sides of the pole materials are equipped with a multi-point recovery collection system and is summarized into 2 suction inlet ( about φ100mm). Small sinter-plate dust collector should be equipped near suction inlet because of its small size to reduce the arrangements of pipeline.
